Practice paying close attention to your thoughts, feelings, bodily sensations, and actions with kindness and without judgment. It can effectively enhance your understanding of how thoughts and actions create stress and impact your quality of life. Over time, you will develop your innate capacity to live with more clarity, openness, and joy.
During this 8-week series, mindfulness coach Joe Schmidt will teach you techniques and guide you through meditations while helping you to implement these powerful practices into your thoughts and lives.
