The Ridgewood YMCA is located in the heart of Ridgewood, New Jersey and serves northern Bergen County and the surrounding areas. The Ridgewood Y offers programs and community connections that positively impact lives through youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility. From youth sports to lap swimming to chronic disease programs, the Y has something for all ages and abilities.

  • gymnasium with 3 pickleball courts
  • group exercise studio
  • cycle studio
  • yoga studio
  • saunas (steam and dry)
  • hot tub
  • 2 heated pools with lap swim and family swim times
