Youth Swim Lessons
Learn to swim for fun, for health, and for safety
Swimming is an indispensable life skill that opens up opportunities for recreation, health—and most importantly—safety. Beginning lessons at a young age helps to promote physical activity and coordination while contributing to overall health and fitness. Children build confidence and social skills as they take direction from instructors and learn to overcome new challenges.
Most importantly, learning to swim significantly enhances safety by teaching essential water survival skills that can prevent drowning—a leading cause of accidental death in children.

Today it continues to be one of our most popular programs.
GENERAL INFO
Our instruction starts at 6 months old with an intro to the water and progresses to learning how to lap swim for exercise and competition.
Classes are offered seven days a week throughout the year with convenient after-school, evening, and weekend sessions. Our small class sizes mean your child will receive individualized attention from their designated instructors.
We also offer private adaptive lessons that consider the unique needs of children with disabilities.
